Dr. Moreano offers the safest technique of liposuction to his patients, the tumescent technique.

This technique eliminates unwanted fat which is resistant to excercise through tiny incisions that do not any stiches. Patients often return to fairly normal activity in 2-3 days. Risks are minimized since the liposuction is done with local anesthesia with occassional suplementation with intravenous sedation.

Dr. Moreano uses this technique for liposuction and for excess skin removal leftover from previous pregnancy.

SmartLipo
The SmartlipoTM is the first laser system designed for LaserBodySculptingSM and for the disruption of fat cells. It is ideal for treating localized deposits of unwanted fat, fat tissue irregularities and for coagulating tissue leading to a tightening effect.
