Dr. Robert James Troell is currently practicing in a solo practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Troell specializes in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, head and neck surgery and tumescent facial and body liposuction. Dr. Troell completed his surgical residencey and fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center and continued on to become part of the clinical faculty from 1995-2001
